A field sales role offering a thorough induction training programme, to promote bespoke insulation systems for commercial and industrial flat roofing projects, across the North West, North East and Yorkshire region.

The Role - Area Sales Executive:
Following a thorough induction training programme, you will be promoting a bespoke tapered insulation system for commercial and industrial roofing projects
Field based tracking and winning new-build and refurbishment projects across the North West, North East & Yorkshire region
Working with roofing contractors, facilities management companies, local authorities and flat roofing manufacturers
Identifying project opportunities and carrying out site surveys, measurements and drawings
Working closely with an internal technical team who will produce the design and quotation for you to follow up and close
You'll typically complete 2 surveys a day with your sales appointments built around them
You will be supported with incoming leads, an established prospect database, and work alongside colleagues in another team that will help you track projects

The Successful Applicant – Area Sales Executive:
You will already have field sales experience from within a B2B sector, and be confident developing existing relationships and winning new business
Applicants with a building materials / construction background will be readily received, but it is not essential
You will be committed to building a long-term career within field sales in the construction sector
Be driven, ambitious and commercially minded with a positive attitude and excellent communication and presentation skills

£35k-£45k basic (depending on experience)
With a £5k-£10k uncapped commission scheme
Company car or car allowance
25 days holiday
5% employer pension contributions
