A growing middle-market healthcare private equity firm is adding to its investment team in New York. You’ll work directly with partners, see live deals from screening through close, and be close to how value gets built after close.

Two Hires
Associate (from investment banking). This is your first buy-side seat, and you’d be a core member of a small deal team rather than one of a large associate class. It suits analysts finishing a two- or three-year banking program who want real responsibility from the start and a firm where they can build a long-term career in healthcare investing.
Senior Associate (experienced buy-side). This is for associates currently in a two- or three-year private equity program. This seat is built for the long term: there’s a clear path to VP and beyond, more ownership of deal execution, and day-to-day leadership of analysts and associates.
What You’ll OwnEvaluating founder-led healthcare services and tech-enabled businesses, from first screen to investment committeeBuilding the operating and LBO models behind each deal and standing behind the numbers when partners test themRunning diligence workstreams alongside an in-house operating team that works on every portfolio companyWorking on add-on acquisitions across the portfolio. RequirementsAssociateCurrently in or completing an investment banking analyst program at a bulge-bracket or middle-market boutique bank.Healthcare or M&A coverage preferred but not requiredStrong financial modeling and clear written communication
Senior AssociateA two-year investment banking analyst program, followed by 1–3 years as an associate at a private equity firm (current program associates are encouraged to apply)Healthcare investing experience preferredHas owned workstreams on live transactions and can manage junior team members
