Direct experience working for a general contractor specializing in luxury residential construction is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and turnover.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, architects, interior designers, vendors, and project stakeholders.Manage project budgets, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor performance, and cost controls.Review construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and design professionals.Proactively resolve construction challenges, scheduling conflicts, and design coordination issues.Ensure exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality control throughout construction.Work closely with company leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in luxury residential, custom homes, high-end residential renovations, or related construction sectors.Experience working for a luxury residential general contractor is required.Proven experience managing substantial construction budgets and complex finish requirements.Demonstrated success managing multiple projects concurrently.Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting.Experience reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Strong subcontractor management and project leadership abilities.Stable employment history demonstrating solid tenure, professional growth, and increasing responsibility throughout their career.
