We are seeking a Senior Client Service Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the client's objectives and timelines. Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing: Suggest brand strategy and digital marketing solutions. Briefing and Coordination: Work closely with internal creative, media, and production teams, providing clear client briefs and ensuring alignment on deliverables. Project Management: Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Feedback and Reporting: Regularly gather client feedback, and prepare performance reports, ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained. Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution and provide solutions promptly. Market Insights: Understand the client's business and industry to provide relevant advertising solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, PR, Advertising, or related field. Proven experience in client servicing (BFSI) within an advertising agency. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of advertising trends, media channels, and digital platforms.
