About the role

TLC is launching in the USA and expanding into TikTok, Snapchat and email marketing. We need a hands-on e-commerce operator who can run our US store and new marketing channels end to end, from campaigns to customers to reporting. You'll report directly to the Head of E-Commerce.

What you'll do

• Run the TLC USA Shopify store day to day: products, collections, pricing, discounts, Shopify Markets, US shipping settings and site QA
• Launch and optimise US ads on Meta, Google (Shopping/PMax) and TikTok
• Set up and manage TikTok and Snapchat Ads for PK and UAE: pixels, catalogs, campaigns, creative testing
• Build and send email campaigns and flows in Brevo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback) for PK, UAE and US
• Manage Google Merchant Center feeds and fix disapprovals
• Coordinate US order fulfilment, returns and customer queries with the ops team
• Brief the design team on ad creatives and email designs
• Deliver a weekly performance report: spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR, email revenue, top products

Key Requirements:

Requirements

• 2–3+ years hands-on e-commerce or performance marketing experience, running ad accounts yourself
• Proven experience with Meta Ads; TikTok Ads experience required
• Has built email flows in Klaviyo, Brevo or Mailchimp
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify admin
• Comfortable with GA4 and reading numbers (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
• Available for some evening hours to cover US time zones
