Laboratory Technician/QC Associate

Position SummaryThe Lab Technician is responsible for the accurate receipt, processing, documentation, and storage of laboratory samples in compliance with established procedures and quality standards. This role supports release, stability, and retain sample management while ensuring data integrity and proper sample traceability using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming laboratory samples and verify accompanying documentation for completeness and accuracy.Log sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) while maintaining data integrity.Perform sample receipt, processing, aliquoting, and preparation activities to support release testing, stability testing, and retain sample management.Label, organize, and store samples according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specified storage conditions.Maintain accurate records of sample handling and chain of custody.Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and applicable quality and safety requirements.
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline; with 1 years of relevant laboratory or sample management experienceAssociate (AA) Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory or sample management experience; ORHigh School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory or sample handling experience.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology).Experience using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).Knowledge of laboratory sample handling, aliquoting, documentation, and storage practices. xzbcwsv Familiarity with GLP, GMP, GDP, or other regulated laboratory requirements.
