As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out in the field, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at different customer sites, ensuring no two days are the same. * Flexibility: Take control of your schedule! Unlike factory positions, you’ll have more independence in managing your workload and day-to-day tasks with no micro-management. * Customer-Facing Role: Use your communication skills! Team outings, employee appreciation events, and Christmas party. <b>Key Responsibilities:</b> * Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field. * Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions. * Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock. * Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment. * Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
