Parts Counter Sales Representative South Plains Implement 806-637-3590 Qualifications: -Basic data entry/keyboarding skills -Basic parts and machinery knowledge -Ability to communicate clearly and politely while on the phone with customers -Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application -Ability to work in a team environment -Ability to work extended hours and weekends -Ability to lift items weighing up to 75lbs -Forklift license preferred Benefits: Benefits apply to full-time SPI employees. 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Description: -Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs -Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required -Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays -Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations -Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly -Follows-up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager -Assists co-workers with answering phone calls and on-call hours -Assist with annual physical inventory for all parts departments in SPI organization -Assist in transporting parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork between SPI locations -Facilitates and promotes a culture of safety Exudes good character that demonstrates leadership and promotes teamwork Back To Listings
