  • Handle CNC Turning and VMC machining operations independently.
  • Should be capable of writing CNC Turning & VMC programs independently.
  • Manage production activities and manpower effectively during assigned shifts.
  • Should be capable of handling shifts independently and ensuring smooth production.
  • Monitor production targets, quality and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot machining-related issues and coordinate with maintenance/quality teams.
  • Hands-on experience in machining is mandatory.
