Chief Manager - Reinsurance

We're hiring an experienced professional to manage Facultative Reinsurance placements for Marine risks, including Marine Cargo, Port Package, Shipbuilder's Risk, and Onshore/Offshore exposures .

Key Requirements:

• 5-9 years of experience in the Insurance industry
• 4-5 years of Marine Underwriting experience
• 4-5 years of Facultative Reinsurance placement experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurance
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facultative placements and negotiate reinsurance terms
• Maximize placement outcomes and commission earnings
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy bookings
• Coordinate premium remittances and endorsements
• Support claims recoveries and regulatory reporting
