Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours Per Week

Join a Critical Access Hospital Team

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift contract at a rural critical access hospital in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado.

This RN will work primarily in Med Surg and float to the Emergency Department as needed . 

This is a great opportunity for an RN who is comfortable working independently, adapting quickly, and caring for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in both the Medical-Surgical Unit and Emergency Department
• Float from Med Surg to the ER as needed
• Assess, monitor, and treat patients with a variety of illnesses and injuries
• Respond to emergency and trauma cases
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using CPSI EMR
• Participate in on-call coverage as required
