Global Head - Payroll Implementation

We're Hiring | Global Head - Payroll Implementation Location: Pune (Hybrid) Experience: 12–16 Years Are you an experienced payroll transformation professional with a passion for delivering global payroll implementation programs? We're looking for an Global Head - Payroll Implementation to lead complex, multi-country payroll implementation projects for global enterprise clients. If you have expertise in global payroll operations, HCM platforms, stakeholder management, and leading high-performing implementation teams, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do ✔ Lead end-to-end implementation of global payroll transformation programs across multiple countries. ✔ Drive project delivery from planning through go-live and post-implementation support. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Payroll, HR, Finance, Product, and Technology. ✔ Partner with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and deliver successful transformation outcomes. ✔ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction. ✔ Drive payroll process standardization, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✔ Manage project risks, stakeholder communications, and implementation governance. ✔ Mentor implementation consultants and project teams while contributing to delivery excellence. What We're Looking For ✔ 20 years of experience in Global Payroll, Payroll Transformation, Enterprise Implementations, or HR Technology. ✔ Proven experience managing multi-country payroll implementation or transformation programs. ✔ Strong understanding of global payroll operations, payroll migration, statutory compliance, and payroll best practices. ✔ Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise HCM platforms: Workday Payroll SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Cloud ADP Workforce Now UKG Pro Ramco Payroll ✔ Strong project management, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Experience working with global teams across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM. ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
