We’re excited to find individuals who are eager to be part of a team that’s driving global impact through innovation, sustainability, and purpose. </p><p> Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601</p><p> Pay $18.00-$20.00 hr </p><p> Job Summary: </p><p> This position is responsible for weighing, mixing and filling molds with raw materials per specification to produce into tile form. This position will also check finished product for defects and gauge product for correct thickness and measurements. Additional responsibilities will include: cross-training into other job functions to assist with production, assistance with creating SOP and other production related documentation, prepping molds for various jobs, inventory data entry, routine participation in safety meetings and performing basic preventative maintenance. </p> Key Responsibilities <ul><li> Operate press and mixing equipment to produce tile products according to production specifications. </li><li> Measure, weigh, mix, and load raw materials into molds following established formulas and procedures. </li><li> Inspect finished products for defects, proper thickness, size, and overall quality. </li><li> Prepare molds, trim finished products, and stack and label pallets for inventory and shipment. </li><li> Perform routine equipment inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and report maintenance concerns. </li><li> Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality standards. </li><li> Enter production data and assist with inventory tracking and documentation. </li><li> Cross-train and support other production functions as needed. </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li> High School Diploma/GED or equivalent manufacturing experience. </li><li> Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. </li><li> Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations. </li><li> Basic computer and data entry skills; ERP experience is a plus. </li><li> Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. </li><li> Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. </li><li> Ability to work overtime as needed. </li></ul> Physical &amp; Work Environment <ul><li> Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, chemicals, and industrial equipment. </li><li> Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. </li><li> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive physical tasks. </li><li> Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe/composite footwear. </li></ul><p> Join our team and help manufacture high-quality products in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment. </p> <p> What we offer you: </p><ul><li> Competitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage </li><li>401k with a company match </li><li> PTO Hours are accrued from Day 1</li><li> Tuition reimbursement </li><li> Opportunities for development and internal promotions </li><li> Two minute walk to eco-friendly public transportation from rabbittransit </li></ul><p> Sometimes the best jobs get missed because people think they don’t have what it takes.
