Logistics Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moon, PA. The Logistics Coordinator (LC) will be responsible for all operational activities to support the "life cycle of a load", including, but not limited to, building customer rapport, quoting, order entry, carrier procurement as well as tracking and tracing with all customer updates done proactively.

Scope of ResponsibilitiesSupport the Account Executive in managing day-to-day operations for their book of businessTrack and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performanceCommunicate proactively with carriers, drivers, and customers to resolve issues and prevent service disruptionsEnter and maintain accurate load information, tracking updates, and documentation in the TMS/CRMMonitor shipments in transit and provide timely status updates to customers and the AETroubleshoot delays, appointment issues, and other service disruptions in real timeAssist with rate confirmations, carrier setup, and documentation for new and existing carriersEnsure all required paperwork (BOLs, PODs, invoices, etc.) is collected and processed accuratelyBuild strong working relationships with carriers to support consistent capacity and reliable servicePartner closely with the AE to help deliver a high level of service that supports account growth and retention
QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTask management and prioritizationAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectivelyProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesExperience in the transportation or logistics industry, preferredProficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office is a bonusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is preferred
