We’re hiring  Speech Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows for Early Intervention services in  Philadelphia and surrounding counties . Whether you’re seeking full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we’ll build a caseload that works for you.

Position Summary
As an  Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist , you will:

  • Provide assessment and therapy for children ages 3–5

  • Deliver services in  natural environments (homes, daycares, preschools, EI classrooms)

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans

  • Support communication skills that impact both  academic and social development

  • Ongoing support from  Clinical Directors, EI-experienced mentors, and CF supervisors

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited program

  • Current or eligible state licensure (as applicable)

  • Pennsylvania Department of Education certification (if required for placement)

  • Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

Additional Support for Clinical Fellows (CFs)

  • ASHA-accredited CF mentors

  • Year-long CF development program

  • Established CF community

  • Clinical resource teams for  AAC and feeding support

  • Opportunities for hybrid roles and future school-based placements
