AI Voice Agent Specialist (Retell AI)

We're looking for an AI Voice Agent Specialist with hands-on experience in Retell AI or similar voice AI platforms to design, build, and optimize intelligent voice agents that deliver natural, human-like conversations for sales, customer support, appointment booking, and business automation. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI voice agents using Retell AI . Configure conversational flows, prompts, and call logic for different business use cases. Integrate voice agents with CRMs, APIs, calendars, and third-party applications. Optimize prompts to improve conversation quality, accuracy, and user experience. Configure function calling and external tool integrations where required. Test, monitor, and continuously improve AI call performance. Analyze call recordings and conversation analytics to identify improvements. Troubleshoot conversation failures, latency, and workflow issues. Collaborate with developers and automation teams to build end-to-end AI voice solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI and voice technologies. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in AI automation, conversational AI, or voice AI solutions. Hands-on experience with Retell AI (preferred) or similar platforms such as Vapi, Bland AI, Synthflow, ElevenLabs Conversational AI, or other AI voice agent platforms. Strong understanding of prompt engineering for voice agents. Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications. Knowledge of CRM integrations and workflow automation. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong English communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs. Familiarity with automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n. Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript. Experience with Twilio, SIP telephony, or VoIP integrations. Understanding of speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. Experience building AI agents for sales, customer support, healthcare, or appointment scheduling. Why Join Hodos360.ai?
