About the jobWe are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and a consistent track record of employment.
Responsibilities:Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, I-9 verification, and orientation schedulingMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel filesEnter and update employee information in the HRISRespond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and proceduresAssist with recruiting tasks such as posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviewsSupport benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and vendor communicationAssist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee dataHelp prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentationFollow established HR policies, procedures, and employment regulationsWork collaboratively with managers, employees, and outside vendors
Qualifications:2+ years of relevant HR experienceExperience with ADP, Paycom, UKG, Workday, or a similar HRISStrong understanding of onboarding and HR administration processesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business softwareStable employment history and demonstrated job tenure
Preferred:Experience in a high-volume onboarding or recruiting environmentPayroll or benefits administration experienceWorking knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an HR certification
