You'd be joining at a stage where the product has real traction.

The Role

You'll be the face of Aurm to RWAs, builders, and society decision-makers, pitching our product, building trust, and turning conversations into signed installations. Field-first, relationship-driven, and a lot of hustle.

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach RWAs, Management Committees, and builders to pitch Aurm's installation
• Run the full sales cycle, that is- site visits, negotiations, closures and keep your pipeline updated
• Be the go-to contact for society stakeholders on security, insurance, and operations queries
• Scout new territory through cold visits, references, and networking as we expand

What We're Looking For

• 0-3 years in B2B field sales or partnerships freshers with the right hustle welcome
• Strong convincing ability, comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Self-driven, target-oriented, willing to travel locally (having a vehicle helps)
• Background in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Consumer Services is a plus, not required
• Based in Delhi
