Hiring: Sales Development Representative – US Market

Location: Navi Mumbai

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Work Model: Work from Office | 5 days a week | Monday–Friday

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing B2 B Saa S/technology business and help build the North American sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify B2 B leads across the North American market Drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach and Linked In networking Identify decision-makers and create meaningful business conversations Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team Nurture inbound and outbound leads through the sales funnel Develop effective outreach messaging and calling strategies Track lead conversion, campaign performance and other key metrics Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, SDR or Sales Experience in B2 B Saa S / Technology is preferred Proven experience in North America lead generation and cold calling Strong hunting, prospecting, lead qualification and nurturing skills Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, etc. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
