The Associate/Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating residential mortgage loan files, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Loan File Review & Validation
• Quality Control Execution
• Compliance & Documentation
• Risk Identification & Escalation
• Productivity & SLA Adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
• 1-5 years of experience in mortgage operations / QC / underwriting support

Basic understanding of:

• US Mortgage lifecycle
• Income calculation methods
• Credit evaluation principles.

Required Skills.

• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) guidelines
