Owns the firm's institutional relationships in the region and is personally accountable for converting coverage into instructed mandates.

• Build and own a tiered coverage map of PE/VC funds, investment banks and corporate development teams in the region
• Personally hold the senior -most relationships — fund partners, MDs, group heads — and represent the firm at the right forums
• Set and drive the regional pipeline : qualified leads, active pitches, mandates won, against quarterly targets
• Manage a small regional team (BD/RM + Deal Intelligence Analyst) and coordinate directly with practice partners
• Log all intel into the shared tracker and personally chase partner targets follow through on leads originated
