Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is looking for Florida 4-40 & 2-20 Licensed Agents to join our growing team.
Newly licensed? No problem. Almost finished with your licensing requirements? We’d love to hear from you, too. We’re open to candidates who are just beginning their insurance careers and are looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

What You’ll DoProvide exceptional customer service and support to policyholdersAnswer insurance questions and assist with policy needsProcess policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requestsCommunicate with customers by phone, email, and in personBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsWork with our team to ensure a smooth customer experienceIdentify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needsMaintain accurate customer and policy information within our agency management systemLearn and grow your knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and agency operations
What We’re Looking ForActive Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative License, or currently completing the requirements to obtain your licenseNewly licensed candidates are encouraged to applyInsurance agency experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidateExperience with EZLynx is a plusExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional, positive, and dependable attitudeStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a teamA genuine desire to help customers and build a career in insurance
