ABOUT ROBOKIDZ

Robokidz builds AI-powered video tutorials and marketing videos for the EdTech space. We're building our AI video production capability from the ground up — a 0-to-1, highly experimental role where storytelling, prompting, and visual consistency matter far more than traditional filmmaking. If you love pushing AI tools to their limits and turning imperfect outputs into polished, emotional content, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Break scripts into AI-generatable scenes, shots, characters, and locations
• Create AI visual & video assets: characters, backgrounds, keyframes, and emotional moments
• Hold consistency across characters, costumes, locations, mood, and scene continuity
• Experiment relentlessly with prompts, references, and AI workflows to push quality higher
• Help build and optimize our internal AI production process, working closely with editors and the creative team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Genuine passion for AI tools and creative experimentation
• A strong sense of what makes content engaging and emotionally impactful
• Comfort with prompting, iteration, and working through imperfect AI outputs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, startup-style (0-to-1) environment
• Ownership mindset and strong collaboration across teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong visual and content sense
• Hands-on experience with AI creation tools
• Working knowledge of prompting
• Fast iteration and problem-solving
• Real interest in storytelling, drama, and mass-market entertainment

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Runway, Kling, Minimax, Pika, Veo, Midjourney, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
• A portfolio of AI-generated images, videos, reels, or promotional content
• Understanding of the EdTech industry
• Basic video editing and asset-management skills
