About the role: Monitor property performance, including occupancy, rent collections, operating expenses, and cash flow across the affordable housing portfolio.Review monthly financial statements, compare results against budgets, and investigate variances with property managers.Support annual budgets, business plans, and capital improvement projects, tracking spending and progress.Coordinate with property managers and compliance teams to monitor LIHTC restrictions, Section 8 requirements, and reporting deadlines. xzbcwsv Prepare investor and lender reports and support refinancing, valuations, and property dispositions.
