We are looking for Freshers and Experienced Associates who are interested in building their career in the BPO industry .

Position Details Role: Sr. Associate Location: Hyderabad Salary: Up to ₹4.2 LPA Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Shift: Rotational Shifts Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through voice/non-voice support. Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Follow process guidelines and quality standards. Meet productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria Excellent communication skills in English. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability to join is preferred.
