Sales Calling Representative – US Market (Outbound Calls)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 40,000–60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States.
• Introduce our medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management services professionally.
• Identify potential clients and assess their interest in our services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with interested healthcare providers.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with practice owners, physicians, and office managers.
• Maintain accurate call records, prospect information, and follow-up notes.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
• Represent the company professionally during every interaction.

Salary, Incentives & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary: PKR 40,000–60,000, based on experience and suitability.

Requirements

• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound cold calls.
• A professional, positive, and persuasive communication style.

• Willingness to work an evening/night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Previous experience in call centers, telesales, international campaigns, or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing or healthcare services is a plus.
