Job Title: IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and effectiveness of our systems.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and networks.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance our company's productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make strategic recommendations for our company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with expertise in network administration, security systems, database management, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in implementing successful technology strategies within a company.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for IT projects.

Salary

$1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
