Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager Enterprise Digital System-->> Sr. Manager - Digital & Analytics Jamshedpur

Purpose of the Role: The Enterprise Digital System (EDS) aims to enhance transparency, performance tracking, and decision-making across the Tata Steel Foundation, we are seeking a dynamic and technically sound person to play a pivotal role in the implementation and post-launch optimization of TSF’s in-house ERP system (EDS). The role demands strong coordination across departments, rigorous follow-up, change management skills, and the ability to translate system features into tangible user outcomes. Development & Monitoring of the API based integration between SAP & EDS is required.

Key Deliverables:

• Support end-to-end implementation of the EDS platform across all relevant functions.
• Manage and troubleshoot system-level problems, EDS-related queries & issues.
• Assist in data migration, validation, and ensuring data integrity.
• Support user training and drive adoption through periodic support sessions and resource materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical and non-technical) to ensure seamless change management.
• Liaise with the ERP development vendor for timely resolution of bugs and enhancements.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for performance tracking and data analysis.
• Facilitate ERP testing, documentation, and user feedback cycles and improvement to drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with other thematic vertical to integrate existing legacy system into EDS.
• API Development & maintenance for SAP-EDS Interfaces

Minimum Qualification: Full-Time MBA in Information Technology/ MCA/ B.E / B. Tech in any discipline (Specialization in Information Technology / Computer Science will be preferred).

Work Experience: 1–4 years of experience in ERP implementation and IT systems management.
