We’re looking for an F&B Executive who can bring structure, energy, accountability, and operational excellence to the floor every single day.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Managing day-to-day café operations and shift execution
• Ensuring exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards
• Coordinating between kitchen, service, and retail teams
• Staff supervision, training, and discipline
• Inventory coordination and basic stock management
• Hygiene, SOP implementation, and operational consistency

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has prior experience in premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations
• Understands both customer experience and backend execution
• Is organized, fast, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Thrives in high-energy environments
