ole We are looking for a highly creative and technology-driven Senior 3 D Visualiser who can bring architectural and interior design concepts to life through photorealistic visualizations, immersive walkthroughs, animations, and AI-assisted design workflo

ws. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in architectural visualization, rendering technologies, visual storytelling, and emerging AI-powered creative tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on landmark architecture, workplace, commercial interior, and data centre projects while contributing to TOA's AI-first design ecosyst

Key Responsibili

ties Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior architectural renderi ngs. Develop immersive walkthroughs, flythrough animations, and presentation vid eos. Convert architectural drawings, sketches, CAD files, BIM models, and design concepts into compelling visual representati ons. Produce realistic lighting setups, material mapping, textures, landscaping, and environmental effe cts. Collaborate closely with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Teams, and Business Development te ams. Ensure visual outputs accurately represent design intent, brand standards, and project requireme nts. Perform image enhancement, compositing, and post-production activit ies. Support client presentations, design competitions, proposal submissions, and marketing initiati ves. Optimize rendering workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround t ime. Continuously explore new visualization technologies, AI tools, and creative methodolog ies. Participate in TOA's AI Exploration & Innovation initiatives to enhance design productivity and storytell

ions Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related discipli nes.4–8 years of experience in Architectural Visualization, Interior Design Visualization, or Creative Design Stud ios. Experience working on Corporate Interiors, Commercial Buildings, Workplace Design, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Data Centre projects is prefer

ering Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max. Strong expertise in Corona Renderer and/or V -Ray. Experience with D5 Render, Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, or equivalent rendering platf orms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhance ment. Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, rendering optimization, and visual storytel ling.
