Sr. Accountant

Job Summary: We are looking for a

Senior Accountant Officer (Civil)

with

10+ years of experience

in the

construction industry , specializing in

large-scale projects (townships, residential, and commercial).

The ideal candidate must have expertise in

construction material procurement, cost control, and project accounting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain

project-wise accounting

and financial records. Prepare

financial statements, budgets, and cost reports. Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. 2. Project Accounting & Cost Control: Track

expenses, revenues, and profit margins

for construction projects. Handle

work-in-progress (WIP) accounting

and material consumption reports. Implement

cost control measures

and minimize financial risks. 3. Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee

procurement of construction materials

and supplier payments. Verify

purchase orders, contracts, and invoices

for accuracy. Negotiate with vendors for

better pricing and credit terms. 4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure

statutory compliance

with financial and labor laws. Generate

MIS reports

on project expenses and financial health. Liaise with

auditors and tax consultants

when required. Qualifications & Experience: Education:

M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience:

Minimum

10 years in construction accounting. Industry Expertise:

Worked on

large construction projects

(townships, residential, commercial). Key Skills: • Strong

construction material procurement knowledge • Expertise in

cost control & project accounting • Proficiency in

GST, TDS, and financial compliance • Ability to

work under deadlines & manage multiple projects
