Delaney Eye Center is a private optometry practice in Orlando, and our mission is simple: help our patients "See Happy." Our team is growing, and we're hiring for two roles. Experience in eye care is great, but if you're friendly, dependable, and eager to learn, we'll train you.

Patient Experience Specialist
Are you the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome? At our front desk, you'll greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing so every visit feels easy and personal.

Optometric Technician
Want to be hands-on with patient care? You'll work side by side with our doctors, completing patient workups and histories, running diagnostic tests like OCT, HRT, and visual fields, helping with contact lens fittings and specialty care, and supporting patients before and after surgery.
