Large national Independent Insurance Broker/Agency with offices throughout Michigan.
About the Role - REMOTE, MUST LIVE IN MI
Commercial Lines Client Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years experience working in commercial lines. Position is a fully remote role, and requires an active Property & Casualty insurance license, and individual will work in conjunction with team on an assigned book of business working with Producers, customers, carriers, and other internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Process carrier changes, claims support, billing, endorsements, certificates
- Utilize Applied EPIC to document client information
- Work closely with commercial lines team to ensure clients needs are met
- Communicate with clients regarding their policies
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in commercial lines within an independent insurance agency setting
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Experience with Applied EPIC
- Strong team focus and ability to foster effective working relationships
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation package includes competitive salary up to $65k depending on experience, excellent benefit package inclusive of health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.
