Ad Sales Manager (Ad-Network / Affiliate)

We work with leading mobile apps, brands, and agencies across multiple geographies, and we're looking for a sales-driven professional who can help us expand our advertiser portfolio. </p>What you'll do<ul><li>Identify, approach, and onboard direct advertisers, agencies, and app developers. </li><li>Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. </li><li>Drive revenue growth by securing CPI, CPA, CPL, and other performance marketing campaigns. </li><li>Develop long-term relationships with advertisers and agency partners. </li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value performance marketing deals. </li><li>Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth campaign launches and client success. </li><li>Represent Adstory at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. </li><li>Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. </li> </ul>What we're looking for<ul><li>5-10 years of experience in ad sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing. </li><li>Existing relationships with mobile advertisers, agencies, media buyers, or app developers are highly preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of performance marketing models such as CPI, CPA, CPL, and CPS. </li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. </li><li>Fluent English communication skills. </li> </ul>What we offer<ul><li>INR 1,00,000 - INR 2,50,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives. </li><li>Flat hierarchy with fast decision-making. </li><li>Complete ownership of your business vertical. </li><li>A high-growth environment with significant career progression. </li><li>  <b>Apply at: </b>  </li> </ul>
