Must-Have
Good Communication skills Administration & Troubleshooting of O365 MS Teams & SharePoint Administration & Troubleshooting of Google Workspace Administration & Troubleshooting of Azure
Good-to-Have
Server Management skills Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, Copilot studio administration
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot & Provide Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & GChat support for end users Handle end-user incident requests and support through mails to resolve issues Server & application monitoring Patch & Vendor Management Knowledge of JBOSS and Postgres will be an advantage
