Role Description

• Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives, posts, carousels, campaigns, and presentations .
• Design compelling pitch decks and presentation materials that communicate ideas effectively.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into impactful visual designs.
• Develop design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Maintain consistency across different visual communication formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and visual communication styles .
• Bring original ideas and creative thinking to every project rather than focusing solely on execution.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media design, graphic design, and presentation design.
• Strong command of typography, layouts, composition, and visual storytelling .
• Hands-on experience creating campaign creatives, social media posts, carousels, and pitch decks .
• Ability to understand a creative brief/concept and turn it into compelling visual work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, creativity, and design skills — not just execution.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Someone who is creative, curious, visually driven, and proactive , with a strong understanding of what makes content stand out. You should be comfortable experimenting with ideas while maintaining a clear understanding of brand and business objectives.
