Elevate is partnering with local Omaha organization to bring on a hands on Accounting Manager to support continued growth and increasing operational complexity. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financials while helping evolve processes as the business scales. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys handling the day-to-day accounting work but also enjoys being the financial systems expert. This is a very forward-looking, growth-oriented company where no two days look the same. Key ResponsibilitiesLead core accounting activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reportingServe as the primary accounting/finance subject matter expert for NetSuitePartner with FP&A and business leaders to provide accurate financial information and reporting.Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency withing the accounting and finance departments
