Job Description<p>Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and passionate <b>Architect</b> to join our design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing premium residential projects and the ability to translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.</p>Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential projects.</li><li>Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documents.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present design solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior, and project execution teams.</li><li>Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.</li><li>Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.</li><li>Meet project timelines while maintaining high design standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.</li><li><b>Minimum 3 years of experience in residential architectural design (mandatory).</b></li><li><b>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop</b>.</li><li>Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and client handling abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of Kerala building rules and construction practices is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in luxury residential villa design.</li><li>Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.</li><li>COA (Council of Architecture) registration preferred.</li></ul>Job Type<p>Full-time</p>Experience<p>Minimum <b>3 years</b> (Required)</p>Location<ul><li>Kochi, Kerala</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?9iugue7yfqibRDMJXCOO%2bc65CizfEjbEg" width="0" height="0" />
