Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Fixed)

+ Attractive Variable Pay based on business performance

Evendigits specializes in providing tailored and structured corporate management services to SMEs and large corporates. We support businesses in securing loans from banks and financial institutions through detailed financial analysis, strategic documentation and effective coordination.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and referrals.
• Assist clients throughout loan documentation and application processes.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings with clients to understand financial requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with industry professionals, company executives, and management teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates to seniors.
• Collaborate with the internal finance team to ensure accurate proposal and report preparation.

Requirements:

• Master/ bachelor’s degree in finance or marketing.
• 2–3 years of experience in Banking, Corporate Finance/ Corporate Loan Division or Corporate Finance Consultancy.
• Local candidates familiar with the Pune region will be preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
