Key Responsibilities Lead root cause analysis of complex tooling failures Own tooling reliability and drive long-term performance improvements Drive improvements in uptime, scrap reduction, and mold lifespan Perform high-complexity machining and restoration of Molds, and Tools Oversee critical fits, tolerances, and final validation of tooling Apply advanced repair technologies (laser welding, coatings, restoration methods) Improve tooling performance based on injection molding process interaction Analyze wear patterns and recommend material or component improvements Identify tooling design or performance issues and escalate recommendations to engineering teams Support engineering by providing technical feedback based on mold performance and failure analysis Review CAD models and drawings t
