. Key Responsibilitie

s Perform accurate data entry and back-office operations . Manage and update databases using Microsoft Excel . Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail . Process, verify, and organize business documents . Coordinate with the Canadian team and follow international work processes . Meet daily productivity and quality standards

. Eligibility Criteri

a Graduate in any discipline . Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Entry or Back Office Operations . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Excellent written and spoken English communication skills . Typing speed of 35 WPM or above . High attention to detail and accuracy . Comfortable working with Canadian business processes and evening/night shifts
