Senior Credit Manager – CIBG South

• Carrying out comprehensive due diligence for corporate credit propositions to be reviewed/approved in line with internal & external regulatory framework.
• Water-tight monitoring of the portfolio which would include but not limited to industry awareness/overdue monitoring/Client meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing rationale of lending propositions through due diligence process for credit decision making individually & as part of credit committee.
• Proactive monitoring of the overall ClBG portfolio, with specific emphasis on tracking overdue and ensuring an accurate Obligor Risk Ra ting (ORR). Assisting the Head of Credit Risk/CRO in making informed and prudent decisions, through a thorough review/analysis of credit package.
• Thorough study & knowledge based on feedback/reports of all the monitoring & risk review teams. Ensuring proactive credit decision making enabling foresight or projecting future forecasts.
• Mentoring and leading the team of risk analysts, thereby enabling a team-focus on making the best possible credit decisions.
• Conflict management amongst all stake holders & attaining a point of intersection where interest of all the stake holders may be kept intact without losing any qua lity business opportunity, so here advisory role of risk management sets in & appropriate action plan is suggested for improvements In order to make any recommended risk profile acceptable.
• Applying appropriate covenants in compliance of prevailing rules/regulations related to internal/external regulatory bodies for smooth execution of credit contracts.

Qualification & Experience

• Masters in Business/Commerce
• Ten Years +
