About the Role
We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller to join our team at Aignosis. You will be the first point of contact for doctors and healthcare professionals — building relationships, sharing information about our product/services, and driving engagement through structured outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Make 60–100 outbound calls daily to doctors and healthcare professionals Explain Aignosis's offerings clearly and professionally Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively Maintain call records and update CRM/tracker regularly Coordinate with the sales/BD team for qualified leads Meet daily and weekly calling targetsRequirements
2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in healthtech, pharma, or medical services Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written Comfortable speaking with doctors, clinicians, and hospital staff Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)Good to Have
Prior experience dealing with medical professionals Understanding of healthcare or diagnostic industry Hindi fluency (for local outreach)What We Offer
