Interior Author Pvt. Ltd. is a premium interior design and execution company specializing in 

luxury residential interiors. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Execution 

Manager to lead our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) division and ensure the 

successful execution of multiple high-end residential projects. 

Role Overview 

The Execution Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete execution lifecycle 

of luxury residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership 

skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects 

simultaneously while leading a team of Site Supervisors. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 to 8 Site Supervisors. 

• Oversee the execution of 10–12 active residential interior projects 

simultaneously. 

• Plan and manage all pre-execution activities, including project planning, resource 

allocation, and scheduling. 

• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, budgets, and site progress. 

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and 

specifications. 

• Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Estimation, and Accounts teams for 

seamless project execution. 

• Manage client meetings and provide regular project updates. 

• Ensure timely material planning, vendor coordination, and contractor management. 

• Identify and resolve technical and on-site execution challenges. 

• Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality processes, and company SOPs. 

• Prepare and review project reports, execution schedules, and progress updates. 

• Ensure timely project handovers while maintaining the highest quality standards. 

Eligibility Criteria 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) preferred. Candidates with Interior 

Design or other relevant qualifications may also apply. 

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in residential interior execution. 

• Proven experience in managing multiple luxury residential interior projects. 

• Experience in leading execution teams and handling site operations.

• Strong technical knowledge of interior execution, materials, and construction 

practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools (knowledge of AutoCAD is an 

added advantage).
