We are working with a leading single-manager investment platform seeking to add an Equity Analyst focused on the Internet sector to its investment team in New York. The role will focus on fundamental, bottom-up research and idea generation across the Internet / Consumer Internet space, with significant exposure to the investment process and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct fundamental research and develop differentiated investment views across Internet companiesBuild detailed financial models and valuation frameworksIdentify and evaluate long/short investment opportunitiesPerform industry, company, competitive, and financial analysisDevelop and present investment recommendations to senior investment professionalsMonitor portfolio companies and key industry developments
Requirements:2-7 years of experience in equity research, hedge funds, or a xzbcwsv similar fundamental investing roleStrong experience covering Internet / Consumer InternetDemonstrated ability to generate differentiated investment ideasStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNYC-based or willing to relocate
