Design Manager — Lead In-House Design for Healthcare Builds

Journey Group in Sioux Falls is seeking a Design Manager to build an in-house design capability. You will lead design on design-build and design-assist projects, producing plans through construction documents while coordinating with in-house staff, outside consultants, and operations teams.

This hands-on leadership role supports healthcare, renovation, and commercial/industrial work. Requirements include an active RA license, a architecture-related degree, and 7+ years in design or construction
