Applications are invited from eligible candidates residing in District Jhelum for the work of cleanliness/sanitation at District Headquarters Hospital Jhelum. Recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

Terms and Conditions:

The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the relevant district and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

Attested copies of National Identity Card, Domicile, Educational Certificate, Experience Certificate, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab.

Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

The candidate must present the original Identity Card, original educational certificate, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of interview.

The authorized Selection Committee will have the power to accept or reject any application in accordance with the rules and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.

Selected candidates will be deployed in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will perform the duties assigned to them.

No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for interview/selection.

The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

If the information or documents provided at any stage are proven false/fake, the candidate's application or appointment may be cancelled.

Wages/remuneration will be paid only through crossed cheque or bank account at the prescribed government rate and approved payment method.

The selected candidate will be bound to perform cleanliness work of the hospital and other relevant duties assigned by the administration as per requirement.

Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark daily attendance.

Payment of salary will be linked only to the biometric system; without it, the candidate will be considered absent, and in case of continuous absence for two days, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
