Sales Executive — B2B & Channel Sales

Numakers is India's largest 3D printing filament manufacturer, building a global 3D printing materials company. We're growing across retail, B2B, and distribution channels, and expanding the India sales team to keep up.

The role

You'll work alongside our sales team to turn inbound and outbound leads into customers, and keep those customers ordering. This is a hands-on role built around conversations and follow-up — you'll spend your day on calls, WhatsApp, and email.

What you'll do

• Qualify incoming leads — understand what the customer prints, what volume they run, and whether we're a fit
• Work leads through to conversion: samples, pricing, objections, first order
• Reach out to new B2B prospects — print farms, service bureaus, engineering colleges, prototyping labs, resellers
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts; check in, catch reorder cycles, resolve issues before they become complaints
• Keep every account, conversation, and next step recorded and current
• Report weekly on lead status, conversions, and account activity

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of 3D Printing highly preferred
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development — B2B preferred
• Strong spoken and written English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
• Genuinely good at following up. Most of this job is the second, third, and fourth touch after everyone else has stopped at the first
• Willing to learn the product properly — our customers are technical, and they can tell within two minutes whether you know what you're talking about
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and basic sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
