Head of Travel Insurance Claims

We are a PE-backed firm, on our 10 to 100 journey, developing exciting travel insurance, assistance and value-added products for the B2B travel space. We come from organisations such as Citi, PhonePe, Tata Digital, MakeMyTrip etc., and are incubated by one of India’s leading B2B travel businesses.

We are looking for a Head of Travel Claims to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the claims management process, coordinating with our insurance and TPA partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, and monitoring the overall performance of the claims department. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating claims, coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient claims workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior manager, preferably with travel claims experience with a leading insurer / TPA, to step into a leadership role with an exciting, rapidly growing Insurtech. You will receive autonomy to build your function, a great work environment, and ESOPs in a fast growing company. The ideal candidate will have

· 3 to 10 years of experience in Claims management, preferably travel

· Strong track record with a leading general/health insurer or travel TPA

· Extraordinary customer-focus, empathy, and attention to detail

· Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a leading business from the early days
