Job SummaryThe candidate will work as a Senior Training Specialist, delivering in-person training sessions for National Grid employees on ADP Workforce and timekeeping systems. They will be responsible for facilitating group sessions and ensuring that union-represented employees understand the new system implementation.
Skill RequirementsMust-Have QualificationsExperience in Instructor-led trainingExperience in Group facilitationKnowledge of Adult learning principlesExperience with Workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, or HRIS systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience with ADP WorkforceExperience with WorkForce SoftwareFamiliarity with a Union environment
